The steps below MUST be completed at least 2 days before your session to confirm your appointment.   

 

Please follow the instructions below to complete your intake process and begin your counseling sessions.

THE APPs  or Access you will need:

We use VSee for office messaging and telehealth sessions.  Upon becoming a client with Veria Counseling, LLC, all office communications will be made through the VSEE messenger app and sessions will be conducted through the VSee Clinic app.  Please download these 2 apps from your phone's mobile app store.  Feel free to save the links below if you have a problem with the apps. 

 

1. By phone, Connect to your therapist through the VSee Messenger app.

                    Connect to Medelyn Minor

                      Connect to Gwen Donley

    Once you connect, complete the following steps:

 

     A. Take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and front of your ID, then submit them through the app.

     B. Once complete, you connect to your therapist by name.

​2.  Download the VSEE Clinic App - 

     A. “Enter Waiting Room”

     B. Room Code for Medelyn is “veria”;

          Room Code for Gwen is “gwen"

     C. Create an Account 

     D. Follow the prompts;

     E. Proceed into the waiting room. 

 

   From a computer, you can do to www.vsee.com/patient to gain access through the web.

     A. Under "Find Your Provider" type "veriacounseling"

     B. Click the link to the therapist that you have an appointment with.

3.  Final Step - Complete the paperwork by clicking on "intake papers" tab below.
