View & Purpose

“When all you know is fight or flight, red flags or butterflies all feel the same” -Cindy Cherie

Life can be hard.  So many of us are carrying invisible wounds that are hidden beneath the surface.  We get up and try to carry on with our day even when it feels like our worlds are falling apart. Memories from the past hold on inhibiting our ability to sleep or function.  Anxiety is crippling, keeping us locked up into the “what ifs” and feelings of impending failure or loss.  Depression is consuming, stealing our ability to smile and laugh or appreciate the moment that we are in now.  Those hard moments we have lived or are living can steal our ability to hope for the future or believe that our lives can be any more than they are now, that we can be free from feelings of failure or low self-worth, and that we can walk into the purpose we were created for.  Maybe it even keeps you from being able to even pretend to care or carry on now.  Maybe all you feel is emptiness.

My heart and purpose as a therapist is to help others understand how to navigate these challenges.  My passion for therapy and counseling comes from a desire for others to feel seen, heard, valued, and walking into their individual purpose.

Experience

I am a licensed therapist with a deep passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complexities of trauma, grief, identity, and emotional healing. With years of experience in both clinical and faith-based settings, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy—one that honors your story and supports your goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and Brainspotting to help clients process pain, build resilience, and reconnect with their true selves. Whether you are facing a recent challenge or carrying years of silent struggle, I offer a space where healing and hope can begin to take root.

I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, even intimidating—but I want you to know you are not alone. It takes strength to seek support, and it would be an honor to walk with you on your journey. Healing doesn't mean forgetting or pretending things are okay—it means learning to live fully again, with freedom, self-compassion, and renewed purpose. Wherever you are in your story, you are welcome here.
