As the owner and operator of Veria Counseling, LLC, I personally and professionally hold to the mission, vision, views and values that I have established for the company.
Throughout my years of experience as a therapist, I have come to believe in the importance of quality mental health for the building of stronger interpersonal, community, and organizational relationships. My belief is that family, social and organizational health is rooted in the mental health of its individuals. I believe that any social relationship can harmonize as we begin to identify and value the purpose of all human beings as we begin to identify and value our own.

My therapeutic purpose is to patiently guide you to where you want to go as you move forth and discover options that you did not know existed for your mental, emotional and spiritual health. I believe counseling is a serious and personal opportunity to improve the quality of life for all who are experiencing mental, emotional, spiritual and behavioral issues.
Experience
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a licensed minister, I have been consistently training and gaining experience in treating a wide variety of mental health and spiritual health issues. Including my academic internships, I have been serving the St. Louis Metro area for over twenty years holding licenses in Missouri and Mississippi.
My spiritual experiences have enriched my professional care and moved me to hold closely to the value that every human being is important and has individual purpose. Therefore, I strive to make every counseling session a professional and personable experience where you are met where you are and patiently guided to where you want to go.
My formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mississippi State University and a Master of Education in Community Counseling from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. My specific professional credentials can be found on each counseling service page.
