All therapy sessions are designed to identify a problem, assess your needs, assist you in developing as plan of action, and provide you with tools to better manage the problem.  There are no guarantees and success is dependent on your focus, willingness, and committment to doing the work. 

If you choose, we always offer a 15 minute consultation before purchasing packages to eliminate buyer's remorse.  Whether you choose the 15 minute consultation or not, once the package have been purchased there is NO RETURN OR REFUND.  Packages can be purchased for you or as a gift.  However, all package sessions must be completed within one year and will expire 365 days after the date of purchase.
